Step 1: collect parts and inflate tires (20lbs of pressure)

Step 2: lay out side rails and rear axle
(notice how rearward end of side rails bends downward)

Step 3: notice front of the side rails (shown on left) bends upward (bolt is on the far side)

Step 4: insert side rails in rear axle as shown
(note: if using the standard webbing seat be sure to slide side rails through loops before inserting into rear axle, then loop front of seat over the forward ends of the side rails before installing down-tube. For more detail see Steps 5-7 on the Flexifoil Original Buggy Assembly Sequence Page.)

Step 5: install front fork (left foreground) on down-tube (right background) as shown
(note: be sure foot-peg inserts sweep backward, not forward--there is a front and a back to the fork!)

Step 6: choose a hole on the down-tube and bolt to side rails
(note: you will have to experiment later to find the ideal setting for your body's size)

Step 7: install one of the wheels on the front axle
(notice the two spacers--one should be on each side between wheel and fork arms)

Step 8: insert foot pegs into front fork and lock with spring-tab in hole

Step 9: mount remaining two wheels on rear axle with lock washer as shown

Step 10: Ride like the wind!
