Standard Tires & Plastic Rims (shown) - $525 (List $650)

NOTE: Splash Guard (green) and stirrups are optional items (not included in standard package)

Buggy Assembly Sequence

Step 1: locate rear axle (rear frame)
Note: upright position should be as shown with the bend forming an upward arch

Step 2: insert straps on rear of seat on rear axle
Note: this must be done before wheels are installed

Step 3: locate side rails of frame

Step 4: be sure to lay them out with the end brackets as shown
Important Note: there is a left and a right--if you transpose them it will look like this...

...and you will not be able to properly install the down-tube/front fork assembly (see Step 7)

Step 5: thread side rails through front loop of seat as shown

Step 6: insert rear of side rails into rear axle
Remember: the rear axle should still from an upward arch

Step 7: install the down-tube (leading to front fork) onto the front bracket of the side rails
Note: taller pilots use rear holes--shorter pilots use front holes (to customize down-tube length)

Step 8: locate down-tube/front fork assembly, front axle and a wheel
Here's a close-up of the axle...

Notice the two spacers (which will install inside fork members on either side of wheel)

Step 9: install wheel on front fork as shown
(front hole is better for better tricks and riding backward--rear hole is better for forward cruising)
A set of adjustable wrenches (shown below) would come in handy about now...

Here's another (better) photo of the adjustable axle placement option on the front fork.

Step 10: locate the foot pegs (if you haven't already!)

Step 11: install foot pegs in front fork and be sure spring tab locks into hole

Step 12: install rear wheels on rear axle
Note: lock washers install as shown between bolt head and wheel

Step 13: wrap seat side straps around side rails and buckle them
(Sit and bounce in seat to stretch webbing, then tighten side fasteners (equally) as tightly as possible.)

Step 14: install tubular foam padding on rear axle between seat straps

Step 15: ride like the wind!

If your interest lies in other models (Classic, Competition, Heavy-Duty Competition, Folding, BigFoot, etc.) or in parts/accessories, please inquire. It's next to impossible to list everything we carry here!
