This is our most popular beginner's package for a great quad-line experience. It's basically a Rev1.5 with scaled-down graphics and 3/4oz ripstop nylon to keep production cost lower. The classic four-line Revolution design is exemplified in the EXP model, great for a wide range of wind conditions. Talents include forward and reverse flight, propeller-like spins, and "brakes" allowing total speed control and the popular "dive-stop" maneuver.

All this possible flying the EXP with its economical rip-stop sail framed with Revolution's own Advantage wrapped graphite shafts. The stainless steel handles keep you in control of this flying machine.

Now available (Oct 2001) - Red/White/Blue EXP (shown below):

SLE 1.5-STANDARD
Wingspan = 92in (7-1/2+ ft)
Height = 31 in
Weight = 9.6oz
Windrange 4-25 mph

Same great Rev1.5 but with the new (1998) Super Leading Edge technology developed for the Speed Series kites, full graphics, and a polycarbonate icarex (new material for 1998) sail. The Rev 1.5 SLE continues to be the most dominant quadline sportkite on the market today. The rip-stop polyester sail teamed with the Super Leading Edge) has created a kite that is quicker (clocked flying over 45 mph) with enhanced precsion/control.

This combination of speed and control makes this a very responsive and precise flying machine. The SLE boasts an amazingly crisp, clean dive-stop maneuver, very impressive to the crowds you will attract flying this kite.

1999 Rev 1.5 SLE Graphic

2001 SLE 1.5 also available in Super Ultra-Light version (2oz less = 7oz kite) - $169.95.

SLE 1.5-SUL
Wingspan = 93in (7-1/2+ ft)
Height = 31 in
Weight = 7.5oz
Windrange 0-8mph

The Rev 1.5-SUL (Super Ultra-Light) is designed for zero-to-light wind conditions. Using 0.6oz ripstop polyester and specifically formuated Advantage graphite spars, this model weights a mere 7.5oz. We've reduced the weight while keeping all the control needed to perform precision moves. Excellent for indoor flying and light wind weekends outdoors.

2001 SLE 1.5 also available in a Vented version - $189.95.

SLE 1.5-VENTED
Wingspan = 92in (7-1/2+ ft)
Height = 31 in
Weight = 10.4oz
Windrange 10-25 mph

The Rev 1.5-Vented model has been designed for high wind conditions (12-25mph). The double vertical (screening) vents on each wing section allow air to pass throught the sail. This reduces the pull and allows more control with less stress.

Revolution I - Classic (Millenium Edition)

This is a Special "Millenium" Edition of the Rev I for 2000. Revolution only made 100 or so. The only changes are the SLE used in place of the older style for more stiffness.

Rev I - Classic "Millenium Edition" (kite only) - $239.95 (I have one of each of the above colors in stock)

Add $49.95 for the Ready-To-Fly option -- Lineset ($15), Winder($5) and Handles($29.95)

Speed Series - Shockwave

2001 Shockwave: $249.95 (Ready-To-Fly)
2001 Shockwave: $199.95 (Kite Only)

2002 Shockwave: (pictures forthcoming)

2001 Color Chart:

The first of a new duo of "Speed Series" kites, it is the king of the hill of quadline models. Experienced fliers can test their flying abilities to the max with the Shockwave. An enhanced graphite structure enables this model to perform dramatically under the most challenging wind stresses.

The Shockwave has been clocked flying over 70 mph. Paired with a "dive-stop" trick of 60-0 mph in one second, this model begs for a challenge and an experienced flier.

Speed Series - Supersonic

thingrayokai.gif

2001 Supersonic: $239.95 (Ready-To-Fly)
2001 Supersonic $189.95 (Kite Only)
Available 1999 Colors: Teal/Gold/Royal Blue - SOLD

2002 Supersonic: (pictures forthcoming)

Available 2001 Colors:

Also Available (1999 color): Teal/Gold/Blue

The lighter, more forgiving of the "Speed Series" duo, the Supersonic is nevertheless on a par with the Shockwave in speed, agility, precision, and all-around outstanding performance. With a somewhat reduced pull and easier maneuverability, the Supersonic can readily contend with virtually all wind condition challenges.

The Supersonic has been clocked at 70 mph, and flies in reverse as fast as the 1.5 SLE flies forwards. That's an amazing sight!
